Doreen “Dean” Patsy Stickell, 93, of Hagerstown, MD passed away Sunday, September 6, 2026.

Born May 9, 1933 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Scott and Kathleen (Shatzer) Eichelberger.

Dean was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, where her faith was an important part of her life. She had a deep love for animals, especially her beloved dogs and horses, who brought her great joy and companionship. An accomplished equestrian, she took great pride in her horsemanship and cherished the time she spent riding and caring for her horses.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Mumma; granddaughter-in-law, Sarah Mumma; great grandchildren, Kolton Mumma, Emmersyn Mumma, Adalynn Mumma, and Jameson Mumma.

In addition to her parents, Dean was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Stickell; grandson, Scott Mumma; and sister, Joan Burkhart.

There will be a graveside service at 10am on Friday, September 11, 2026, with Father Jeremy Smith officiating, at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 17636 W. Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD.
