DONNIE EUGENE HARPER, 69, of Falling Waters, West Virginia passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Meritus Medical Center. Born March 30, 1948 in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of the late Austin and Ida Carbaugh Harper. He was a 1966 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. Donnie was employed with FedEx for over thirty years retiring in 2010. Donnie was loved by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Schwartz Harper; one daughter, Amy Fuentes and husband, Edwin of Herndon, VA; one son, Greg Harper and wife, Natasha of Denver, CO; three sisters, Nancy McGehee and spouse, Woodrow of Greencastle, PA, Ida Mae Harper and Tina Harper both of Falling Waters, WV; one brother, James Harper and wife, Barbara of Hagerstown, MD; two grandsons, John and Matthew.
