Donna Lee (Robison) Smith, 83, of Fairplay, MD, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, with her devoted husband by her side, after living with Alzheimer's Disease for many years.

Born on June 23, 1942, Donna was the daughter of the late Guy and Jeanette (Feigley) Robison. She was a graduate of South Hagerstown High School. Donna married the love of her life, Ralph Smith, on August 19, 1960, and together they shared 65 wonderful years of marriage.

Donna is survived by her husband and their three daughters: Diane Smith of Hagerstown; Shelly Smith (Danny) of Fairplay; and Judy Everitt-Lewis of Fairplay. She is also survived by her sister, Teri (Robison) Smith; brother-in-law, Donnie Smith; and sister-in-law, Karen Robison. She leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Heather Everitt and Ryan Smith; great-grandchildren, Amai and Nyah; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Claudia (Robison) Springer; her brother, Edward Robison; and her sons-in-law, Todd Everitt and Mike Lewis.

Throughout her life, Donna enjoyed many hobbies and interests. She had a special love for flowers and photography, and she delighted in her collections, especially Hallmark ornaments and red, white, and blue decorations.

Donna's family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Hospice of Washington County for the exceptional care and support they provided to her and her loved ones for more than seven years.

A viewing will be held from 5-7pm on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.

The funeral will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the funeral home with Rev. Dean Pryor officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
