Donna Lee Moats, 63, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away at Doey's House on Monday, December 1, 2025.

Born October 23, 1962, she was the daughter of the late Wanda Jeanette (Propes) Hiles.

Donna was a 1980 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. She worked at Alice's Cottage, Ingram's Men Shop, Ravenwood Nursing Home, and Paul Crampton Contractor. Her favorite vacations were with family and friends at the beach.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Lawren "Buck" Moats; two sons, Sean Moats and wife, Alison, and Devon Moats; two sisters, Rose Litz and Lana Stottlemyer; half-sister, Beatrice Rother; half-brother, Steve Dillard; foster sister, Ann Smith; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sister, Darlene Wyndham.

The family would like to thank all her nurses who took such wonderful care of her over the years.

A Memorial Service will be held at 7pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Minnich Funeral Home. Nancy Burral will officiate the service.
