Diana Lynn Evans, 64, of Hagerstown, MD, passed on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. She was born August 24, 1956. God had given us a very special angel for a while who now is dancing with her daddy in Heaven. She is survived by her mother, Pearl M. (Cosgrove) Heffner; brother, Carl F. Evans, Jr. of Hagerstown MD; sisters, Donna J. Evans and Donna L. Domer, both of Hagerstown, MD; niece, Carla F. Otto of Cinnaminson, NJ; great nieces, Brianna M. Otto and Gabriel E. Otto; and great nephews, Breese A. Evans, Carl F. Evans IV, Joey J. Otto, and Carter F. Evans. She is the daughter of the late Carl F. Evans, Wilmington, NC. She is also preceded in death by two great nephews, Michael L. Evans and Carl F. Evans III, and brother-in-law, Richard L. Harvey. Diana was always a delight and found happiness in everyday life. Her magical wisdom would make one smile and let you know that simple things mattered most of all. Christmas was always a magical time; just to see her face light up with joy knowing that Santa Claus had come to her house. A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Friday, April 23, 2021, at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 17636 W. Washington St., Hagerstown, MD. Arrangements by Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E.
