Denise Diane Sisler, 58, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. She was born on October 13, 1961 in Front Royal, VA to George A. Sites and Dorothy Polk Sites. Denise served for many years as a commissioner for the Housing Authority of Washington County as well as serving on the Washington County Election Board. She enjoyed volunteering as a Band Booster Mom at South Hagerstown High School where many of the band members viewed her as a second-mom who was always there to support them and inspire them. Denise also enjoyed her trips to the beach to unwind. However, most of all, she will be remembered not only as a wonderful mother, but a loving, caring, and compassionate person. Denise was preceded in death by her father, George A. Sites. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Sites, her sons, Joseph Sisler and his wife, Darcie, William Kidwell, and Jonathan Kidwell, her grandson, Landry Sisler, her brothers, Everett Stover and Troy Sites and wife, Julie, her niece, Cassidy, and her nephew, Aiden.
