Debra Jean Warner, 65, of Hagerstown, MD passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

Born July 18, 1959, in Hagerstown, she is the daughter of Doris Jean (Garnand) Teter and the late David Eugene Teter.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Hagerstown. She dedicated much of her life to volunteering and to her passion of gardening.

In addition to her mother, Debra is survived by her husband, Charles David Warner III, daughters Betsy Christina Warner and Molly Rebecca Warner; son Charles David Warner IV; grandson Augustus Samuel Oh; sister Diane Lynn Horst; brother Dennis Eugene Teter; daughter-in-law Diane Kim Warner; and future son in-law Josué López.

The Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on Friday, March 7, 2025, with Rev. Gregory P. Shook officiating, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.

The family will receive friends and family two hours prior to the service from 12pm to 2pm. In honor of her gardening, guests are encouraged to wear florals.
