DEBRA IONE KRAMER, 60, of Hagerstown, MD was called home by the Lord on Monday, May 29, 2017 at her home. Born on June 22, 1956 in Waynesboro, PA, she was the daughter of the late George Poper, Sr. and Lottie Mae Williams Poper. Debra was employed with First Data for sixteen years. Her days were filled with love and laughter spending time with her family and beloved dog, Maddy. Debra is survived by a daughter, Kari Kramer and fianc, Michael Bragunier; a son, Kyle Kramer-Dove and husband, Jake Dove; a granddaughter, Savannah Mae Bragunier; a sister, Denise Douglas; six brothers, Gary, Henry, Dale, Jack, Lester and David Poper; father-in-law, Jack Kramer and many nieces and nephews. Debra was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Annie Louise Kramer and a brother, Dennis Poper. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
