David Wesley Taylor, 65, of Martinsburg, WV, passed away, Thursday, October 22, 2026, at his home.

Born November 15, 1960, in Washington County, MD, he was the son of the late Donald Oliver and Leila Rosella (Stine) Taylor.

David was a lifelong, dedicated plumber and the friend you could always count on. In his earlier years he loved the open road on his Harley-Davidson. A trusted colleague and loyal companion, he was the kind of man who could do anything he set his mind to—and he did it with heart, grit, and quiet generosity.

He is survived by his daughter, Lacy Beard, and husband, Nathan; his son, Dustin Taylor, and fiancé, Shantá Deal; four grandchildren, Hunter Taylor, Liam Taylor, Owen Beard, and Ally Beard; and one brother, Thomas Taylor.

David was preceded by one brother, Larry Taylor.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8pm Thursday, October 29, 2026, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
