Darrell Wilson Northcraft, 89, of Hagerstown, passed away, Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at his home.

Born September 24, 1935, he was the son of the late Kelly V. and Lucy B. (Gordon) Northcraft.

He loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed hunting, Nascar and the outdoors.

Darrell was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He worked at Mack Truck and for over 30 years he was a self employed mechanic, owning his own shop.

He is survived by a daughter, Leesa Buckley (James A., Jr.); a son, Darrell Northcraft; daughter, Jennifer Pannill (Michael); stepchildren, Jeffrey Wolfe and Jody Rockenbaugh; four grandchildren, James Buckley, III, Jamie Vannoy, John Knode, and Julia Rockenbaugh; one great grandson, Avery J. Vannoy; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his companion of 18 years, Judy Wolfe.

He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Ernest, Ivan, and Ray; and four sisters, Alta, Orpha, Vernelda, and Delma.

Funeral services will be held 11am Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD with Rev. Joshua Grove officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
