CYNTHIA ESTHER JONES, 38, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, passed away, Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Services will be held Tuesday, April 15, at 2 pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. Hagerstown, Maryland. Family will receive friends one hour before service. Burial will be in Rockville Cemetery in Rockville, Maryland.
