CONSTANCE MARIE QUARTUCCI, 76, of Hagerstown, MD passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at her home. Born on July 24, 1938 in Midland, MD, she was the daughter of the late William P. and Laura B. McGann Manley. Connie was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Halfway, MD., and a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, William J. Manley and Francis P. Manley. Connie is survived by her husband, Jim Quartucci; two sons, Brian A. Quartucci and wife Stacy of Urbana, MD., David W. Quartucci of Mercersburg, PA.; three sisters, Mary Devore and husband Roy of Frostburg, MD., Ann Young and husband John of Valley, Alabama, and Patricia Powers and husband Jim of Palm Harbor, Florida; one brother, James Manley and wife Mary Catherine of Dana Point, California; five grandchildren, Cody, Michelina, Hunter, Bryce, and Delainey; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held Monday, July 7, 11:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 17630 Virginia Ave. Hagerstown, MD. The Rev. Christopher Moore will officiate. Burial will be at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 6, from 6:00 till 8:00 p.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E.
