Constance "Connie" Lee Hebb, 72, of Hagerstown, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Doey's House.

Born March 22, 1953, in Salisbury, MD, she was the daughter of the late Vernon Elmer and Gloria (Marvel) Donoho.

Connie was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church where she attended Bible Study. She was a member of Elks Lodge 378 and Beaver Creek Lion's Club serving as a former President.

Connie loved crafts, flower gardening, and being with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, James "Jim" Hebb; two sons, Scott Hebb, and wife, Judy, and grandson, Luke Hebb, and Brian Hebb, and wife, Shanna, and step-granddaughter, Lily Wright; one sister, Debbie Donoho; one sister-in-law, Peggy Hebb; and nephew, Christopher Cohn.

A Celebration of Life service will be at Noon on Monday, December 8, 2025, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Funkstown, MD with Pastor Lee Brumback officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
