Clarissa Ann Gray, 69, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023 at her home.

Born April 28, 1954 in Pearl City, HI, she was the daughter of the late James McGinley and the late Dorothy Paleka.

Clarissa loved cooking and baking. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed playing bingo and singing Karaoke with them.

She was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary at Washington County AMVETS.

Clarissa is survived by her husband of 38 years, Michael Gray; her daughter, Mandalyn "Mandi" Gray (significant other, Joseph Potts); her grandchildren, Duston Casey and Sophie Potts; two sisters, Dorothy Paleka of Sacramento, CA and Darlene Paleka of Las Vegas, NV; one brother, Richard Paleka of Honolulu, HI; one brother-in-law, Jeffrey Gray (Jennifer Taylor Gray) of Clear Spring, MD; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Sakurai of Las Vegas, NV.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 23, 2023, from 6-8pm, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Bill Divelbiss will officiate.
