Christine "Chris" Inez (Mattax) Miller, 72, of Maugansville, MD, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born April 10, 1950 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Frank Edward and Birdie May (Luellen) Mattax.

She was a 1968 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. She was the owner of Miller Video and was an assistant Manager of Potomac Family Medicine.

Chris is survived by her husband of 55 years, Franklin Timothy Miller; daughter, Tammy Miller; son, Brian Miller (wife, Denise); grandchildren, Madison Tritle (husband, Logan), Alexis Christine Jack, Derrick Jack, Hannah Miller, Natalie Miller, and Holden Miller; great granddaughter, Sophia Shadoam; sister, Eileen Andrews; brother, Edward Mattax; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Anita Olden.

Anyone that would want to pay their respects, the family will hold a gathering at their home on Saturday, October 8, 2022, from 1pm-5pm. 13927 Weaver Avenue, Maugansville, MD 21767 (PO Box 344).
