Charlotte Ann Miller, 85, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Monday, September 15, 2025, at her home.

Born June 22, 1940, in Butler, PA, she was the daughter of the late Caroline Corrins.

Charlotte was a dedicated entrepreneur, owning and operating Mt. View AKA Coopers, convenience store, motel, and restaurant in Cashtown, PA. In addition to her business ventures, she provided childcare and served as a supervisor for afterschool children's programs at the YMCA. A devoted member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, she chaired the Activities Fellowship Committee, often preparing meals and teaching Bible school. Charlotte deeply enjoyed supporting her three sons, especially cheering them on at cross-country meets. She had a lifelong passion for square and line dancing and shared that joy by teaching line dancing in Gettysburg, PA, Hagerstown, MD, and Florida. She also enjoyed camping with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel Joshua Miller; three sons, Robert Cooper II and wife, Heather, Ronald Cooper and wife, Sandy, and Michael Cooper and wife, Jean; stepdaughter, Krista Wilson and husband, Robert; one stepson, Terry Miller and wife, Barbara; ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Cooper.

The funeral will be held at 7pm on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Lee Brumback will officiate. A viewing will be held from 5pm to 7pm prior to the service.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
