Charlotte Ruth Drury, 82, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Monday, August 27, 2018 at Twin Oaks Assisted Living. Born January 30, 1936 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Lester C. and Carrie M. (Brown) Line. Charlotte is survived by two sons, David E. Drury and wife, Tina, and Preston L. Drury, Jr and wife, Susan; sister, Ellen Kennedy; five grandchildren, Crystal Trythall, Sara Moore, Ryan Drury, Lea Taylor, and Scot Drury; step-grandson, Jeremy Athey; five great grandchildren; and two step great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Preston L. Drury, Sr., her sister, Thelma Schaeffer; and three brothers, Robert Line, Raymond Line, and Ralph Line. The funeral service will be held 11am on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Brad Selan will officiate. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 6 to 8pm.
