Charlie "Chuck" Angelo Bussard, 65, of Funkstown, MD, passed away Monday, December 22, 2025, at his home.

Born February 1, 1960, in Washington County, MD, he was the son of the late Doris L. Weeks and Herman Weeks.

Charlie cherished his time with his family and friends more than anything in this world. He was a big-hearted man whose presence could light up any room. Known for his strong work ethic, he took pride in providing for those he loved. A devoted Cowboys fan, he rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on his team. Charlie also found great joy in spending time with his beloved granddogs, Dublin and Ruby.

He is survived by his two daughters, Jennifer King and her husband, Jon "Jonny Mac," and Lauren Bussard; his granddaughter, Alexys Myers; his special girls who were like granddaughters, Zoey and Allison Kline; his sister, Michelle Weeks; his brothers, Glen Weeks and Wayne Weeks; and many cherished nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

A viewing will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 6-8pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.

The funeral will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at the funeral home. Pastor Chris Schlotterbeck will officiate.
