Charles Francis Wagaman, Jr., 80, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022.

He was born on February 20, 1942 to the late Charles F. Wagaman, Sr. and Virginia Otis Wagaman.

In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Gilbert Wagaman, his son, Charles Franklin Wagaman, and his sister, Judith McKay.

He is survived by his children, Amy and Allan.

Chuck attended the Hill School, Tufts University, and the University of Maryland School of Law. He practiced as an attorney in Hagerstown for many years. He also represented Washington County in the Maryland House of Delegates from 1971-1978 and as a County Commissioner from 1979-1982.

Burial will be private. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
