Charles Leroy Martin, 64, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at his home.

Born September 11, 1959 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Wilbur Elwood and Lea Ruth (Brandenburg) Martin.

Charles was a former employee of Pulte Homes and Van Metre homes.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Fay Martin; grandson, Christopher Payne; mother-in-law, Barbara Smothers; sister-in-law, Benta Keesee; brother-in-law, Basil Clem; and his neighbors whom he was very close to.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Wilbur Martin II, and his brother, Mark Martin.

There will be no services.
