CHARLES PATRICK "PAT" DONEGAN, 79 of 301 Quaker Creek Apartments, Hagerstown, Maryland, died Saturday, October 21, 2006 at the Washington County Hospital. Born December 17, 1926 in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of the late Michael L. and Mary B. Widmyer Donegan. He served in the U. S. Army. He was retired from the Navy Research Laboratory in Washington, D.C. after twenty years of service. Served in the Peace Corps for seven years as an Industrial Arts Instructor. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Margaret L. Donegan; three daughters, Margaret A. Glenn and Patricia A. Donegan both of Hagerstown, Maryland and Teresa M. Donegan of Smithsburg, Maryland; one son, Benjamin P. Donegan of Hancock, Maryland; two sisters, Margaret Plume of Bel Air, Maryland and Lucille Livingood of Orlando, Florida. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Jane Donegan, Mary Howe and Martha Ahern; two brothers, Michael Donegan and Thomas Donegan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10:00am at St. Marys Catholic Church, 224 W. Washington St. with Rev. Kevin Mueller as celebrant. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, 7:00-9:00pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E.
