CHARLES (DAVE) DAVID BETTS, JR., 67, of Hagerstown, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2015 at NMS Health Care of Hagerstown. Born July 24, 1947, he was the son of the late Margaret C. and Charles David Betts, Sr. Charles is survived by his longtime friend, John Williams of Hagerstown. Services are scheduled for 1pm Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Bill Divelbiss will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. The receiving of friends will be Monday from 6pm-8pm at the funeral home.
