Cecila Ann "Til" Elgin, 75, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Doey's House.  Born September 30, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Gloris (Thomas) Delauter.

She graduated with the class of 1967 from North Hagerstown High School. She retired from Maryland Ribbon after 50 years of service.

Til is survived by two sons, Brian Elgin and Jamie Elgin; two granddaughters, Amber Elgin and Jaylee Elgin; three sisters, Mary Burkett, Bonnie Youngblood, and Brenda Vanderspool; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Charles Elgin; one sister, Becky Fiegly; and one brother, Tom Delauter.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
