CATHERINE DONHISER SKINNER, 91, of 8507 Mapleville Road, Boonsboro, Maryland, died on Sunday, May 15, 2005 at the Fahrney-Keedy Nursing Home where she was a resident. Born August 26, 1913 in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late John James and Teressa Viola Lang Donhiser. She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Skinner. She was retired from F. W. Woolworth's. She was a member of the Hillcrest United Methodist Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She is survived by ten nieces and nephews, thirteen great-nieces and nephews, and nine great-great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Mary D. Venetta; and two brothers, James Robert Donhiser and John Lang Donhiser. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p. m. Wednesday at the Hillcrest United Methodist Church, 2208 Lafayette Boulevard, Fredericksburg, Virginia. Rev. John E. DeJong will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Fredericksburg. Family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 to 12:30 p. m.
