Catherine Mae Perkins, 81, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2025, at her home.

Born January 27, 1944 in Williamsport, MD, she was the daughter of the late John Mills, Sr. and Susanna (Drury) Mills.

Catherine is survived by two daughters, Chevy Perkins (Michael Swope) and Wanda Arnold, both of Hagerstown, MD; two sons, Michael Perkins, of Falling Waters, WV, and David Perkins, of Hagerstown, MD; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2025 from 6-8pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.

Graveside services will be 11am Friday, November 28, 2025 at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 127 Britner Avenue, Williamsport, MD with Rev. Randall S. Reid officiating.
