Cathy Darlene Duncan born November 26, 1958 in Harford County, Maryland to the late Mary Olive Knopp Duncan and John Thomas Duncan passed away peacefully at home on January 23, 2026.

Cathy is survived by her sister Debbie that she had lived with all her life. Cathy's other family members included sisters Shirley McGrady and Laura Breidenbaugh, brother Ralph Duncan, and her loving friends and family at Unified Community Connections where she resided.

Cathy was full of life and love and enjoyed saying her name "Cathy" to anyone. She enjoyed the Hallmark channel and the Golden Girls which she watched with her sister Debbie and housemates Judy and Julia daily. Though Cathy could be feisty, when she was not in a mood she had some of the best hand holds anyone could ask for.

Friends and family will gather on January 29, 2026 from 1:00pm - 2:00pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.

Interment will take place at a later date.
