Carolyn Jean Cowan, 72, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2025, at Hagerstown Health Care.

Born September 25, 1952, Fulton County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Betty E. (Kerlin) and Jack W. Seilhamer.

She worked at Corning in Greencastle, PA.

Carolyn is survived by three sisters, Linda Keefer, Jackie Leasure, and Terrie Hall; one brother, Alan Cowan; and best friends, Joyce and Ronnie Peck.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 8, 2025 at Rest Haven Cemetery. Pastor Matthew Robinson will officiate.
