Carol Elizabeth Burgan, 80, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. She was born on May 31, 1940 to the late Kenneth Hills and Ruth Cooper Hills. Carol was a 1958 graduate of St. Maria Goretti Catholic High School. She was employed with the Washington County Hospital Center for many years before she retired. Carol was a lifetime member of St. Marys Catholic Church in Hagerstown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Burgan, her sister, Mary Golden, and her brothers, Thomas Hills and Robert Hills. Carol is survived by her daughters, Gina Seavolt and her husband, Gary Jr., and Angela Lucabaugh and her husband, John, her sister, Kathleen Downin, her brother, James Hills, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. There will be no services at this time.
