CARMEN LYDIA LEMONS, 89, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Monday, July 27, 2015 at Coffman Nursing Home in Hagerstown, MD. Born November 22, 1925 in Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Lucas Collazo Riviria. Carmen was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hagerstown, MD. Carmen is survived by her husband of 64 years of marriage, James Lemons of Hagerstown, MD; three sons, Robert Lemons and Tony Lemons, both of Hagerstown and William Lemons and wife Carla of Frederick, MD; two sisters, Ana Luisa Myers and Luz Maria Acevedo; three brothers, Roberto Collazo, Gilberto Collazo and Ramon Collazo; and four grandchildren, Tony, Curtis, Cory and Jenna. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, James A. Lemons, Jr.; one daughter, Anna Mae Lemons; and one sister, Monsin Collazo. Services will be announced at a later date.
