Calvin Frank
Fuller
Jun 5, 1944 — Jul 17, 2025
Pastor Calvin Frank Fuller met his Saviour face to face on July 17, 2025. He was born on June 5, 1944, in Maryville, Tennessee, and married Melba Dean Howell on October 9, 1964. Calvin proudly served in the US Air Force and had a special love for all veterans. He worked for Delta Airlines for many years until God called him into the gospel ministry. In 1980, after attending Bob Jones University, he started Victory Baptist Church and Victory Baptist School in Londonderry, NH. Souls were saved and lives were changed under his ministry. In 2005, he began Winning New England for Eternity, a ministry in which he helped revive eleven churches all over the Northeast. In 2022, Cal and Melba moved to Berkeley Springs, WV, to begin the next chapter of their lives. In Hagerstown, MD, he served as the Golden Heirs seniors ministry director at Emmanuel Baptist Temple and preached monthly at the Hope Mission.
A man of warmth and great humor, Bro. Fuller was known for his storytelling, quick wit, and infectious laughter. He brought joy and a smile to whomever he met. He had a passion for antiquing and bottle-digging; he was always on the hunt for unique treasures and loved sharing the stories they held. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and coaching girls basketball. But most of all, he loved preaching and sharing Christ.
Calvin Fuller is survived by his wife of sixty years, Melba Howell Fuller, his daughter Kay Messer and husband Jeff; his son Doug Fuller and wife Susie; and his son Chad Fuller and wife Brandy. He was affectionally known as "Pop" to his twelve grandchildren and their spouses, and eight great grandchildren (with two more on the way!)
