Born March 12, 1969 in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of Joseph A.III and Carole Gossard Parks of Middletown, Ohio. He was employed with Fridinger-Ritchie Company, Inc. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Funkstown, Maryland. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Parks of Middletown, Ohio; one sister, Kristin Slagle of Fayetteville, Georgia; one brother, John Parks of Hancock, Maryland; aunts and uncles. Services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made for Stephanie's college fund in care of Joseph and Carole Parks, 4821 Ronald Drive, Middletown, Ohio 45042. Arrangements are being handled by the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland.
