Brenda Lee Rohrer, 68, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2026. Born May 6, 1958 in Attleboro, MA, she was the daughter of the late Richard Gerald and Carol Ann (Garriety) Smith.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore.

Brenda found great happiness in the simple and meaningful pleasures of everyday life. She loved her dog, Rocko, and the companionship they shared. She adored her grandchildren, who were among the greatest blessings in her life. Her love for them was deep and unwavering, and she treasured every moment spent with them. Her personal and fun enjoyment was shopping, a pastime that brought her delight and reflected her appreciation for the little things that made life special.

She is survived by her significant other of 43 years, Kelly Rohrer; daughter Ashley (partner, Mikey), two sons, JR Fraley (wife, Sheree) and Chris Fraley (wife, Christina); 13 grandchildren; two sisters, Allison Deal and Tracey Smith, and her best friend, Cindy Higgins.

In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her sister, Teresa Smith and brother, Richard W. Smith.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
