Bonnie Jean White, 76, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Monday, May 29, 2023.

Born September 1, 1946 in Pensacola, FL, she was the daughter of the late James Jackson and Emily Margaret (Powell) Carpenter.

Bonnie graduated with the class of 1964 from South Hagerstown High School. She retired from Washington County Hospital after 25 years of dedicated service. She was a former president of Halfway Little League.

Bonnie loved her family and was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and loving wife of 50 years. She enjoyed watching crime dramas.

She is survived by two sons, James White and Joseph White; four grandchildren, Spencer White, Tyler White, Haylee White, and Amy Hess; three great grandchildren, Ella Presgraves, Kalli Presgraves, and Tanner Presgraves.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Joseph White, in 2017; sister, Sue Ellen Edwards; and her daughter-in-law, Candee White.

A private service will be held at Rest Haven Cemetery at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing.
