BEVERLY ANN SQUIBB, 81, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Meritus Medical Center. Born July 27, 1932 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late William V. Martin, Sr. and Phyllis V. McNamee Martin. Beverly was a life member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing Bingo and was an avid Orioles fan. Beverly was a homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Charles E. (Doc) Squibb; two daughters, Lona Mastiano, and Norma Hill and husband Henry, all of Hagerstown; two sisters, Norma Palmer of Hagerstown, and Donna Lowery of Boonsboro; three brothers, John J. Martin of Hagerstown, Charles R. Martin and William V. Martin, Jr., both of Clear Spring; three grandchildren, Matthew Mastiano, Kelli Hill Swanson, and Jared Hill. Beverly was preceded in death by her brother, Terrence W. Martin. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 224 W. Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Collin Poston will be the celebrant. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Beverly Ann Squibb to charity of choice.
