BEVERLY ANN SHIFFLETT, 61, of Hagerstown, Md. died on Thursday, December 14, 2006 at the Washington County Hospital. Born July 25, 1945 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Hartle. She was the former owner of Hartle's and the present co-owner of Bev's and Dick's Sub Shop. She is survived by her husband, Richard F. Shifflett, Sr.; a step-daughter, Robin Shifflett, of Hagerstown; two step-sons, Richard F. Shifflett, Jr. and Adam Shifflett, both of Hagerstown; two sisters; and six grandchildren, Cierra Shifflett, Amber Nixon, Alexa Nixon, MacKenzie Shifflett, Rebecca Shifflett and Jessica Shifflett. She was preceded in death by a brother. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. The Rev. Robert V. Robinson will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
