BETTY J. MYERS, 75, of Antietam Drive, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at her home. Born January 28, 1930 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late David and Myrtle Bowers Baker. She was a cook for Rocco's for many years, and retired in 1989 from Fleetwood Travel Trailers of Maryland. Besides the love for her family, she loved to play Bingo. She was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in Hagerstown. She is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, Floyd C. Myers, Jr.; two daughters, Debbie Warrenfeltz of Chewsvile, Maryland, and Hope Nittinger of Hagerstown, and spouses; four sons, Michael Myers of Williamsport, Maryland, Steve Myers and Kurt Myers, both of Hagerstown, and Allan Myers of Phoenix, Arizona, and their spouses; twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harold (Bud) Baker and David (Boo Boo) Baker, both of Hagerstown; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Delores Scadden; and one niece, Denise Scadden. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p. m. Friday at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Rev. Raymond A. Shriver will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 7 to 9 p. m.
