BETTY JANE MILEY, 71, of Garrison Hollow Road in Big Pool, MD died Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at the Washington County Hospital. Born March 18, 1935 in Hagerstown she was the daughter of the late George V. Williams, Sr. and Mary Carpenter Williams. She was employed at Fountainhead Country Club. She was a member of Broadfording Church of God. She is survived by three sons, Rickey Capotosti of Clearspring, Maryland, Todd L. Hall of Hagerstown; two sisters, Violet Ferguson and Louise Turner, both of Hagerstown; one brother, Lester Williams of Hagerstown; eleven grandchildren and five great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Capotosti, Sr., and a brother, George V. Williams Jr. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p. m. Monday at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. Rev. Dr. William C. Crowe and Rev. Allan Clingan will officiate. Burial will be in Salem Reformed Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 7 to 9 p. m. Memorial donations may be made to the John R.
