BETTY J. GRAVES BRADLEY, 75, of Falling Waters, West Virginia, died Sunday, April 1, 2007 at the Washington County Hospital in Hagerstown, Md. Born February 9, 1932 in Washington, D.C. she was the daughter of the late Olive R. Graves. She attended Langley High School in Washington, D.C. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth H. Bradley, whom she married March 1968 and died November 2001. She was also preceded by her previous husband and friend, Douglas B. Haislip who died September 2005. She previously worked as sales clerk for Two Guys Department Store in Hagerstown, Md. and worked as telephone operator for Griffith & Consumers in Washington, D.C. She enjoyed taking pictures and working in her yard and was a lover of animals. She was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church in Hagerstown, Md. and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary in Hagerstown, Md. She is survived by two daughters, Kimberly A. Hawbaker and husband John of Falling Waters, W. Va., and Sherry Brown Cooper and husband Curtis of Hagerstown, Md.; two grandsons, Juston W. Lambert of Martinsburg, W. Va. and Ian P. Shank and wife Melanie of Mt. Airy, Md.; one great-granddaughter, Jewell A. Lambert of Martinsburg, W. Va.; a step granddaughter, Penne J. Stansberry of Thurmont, Md.; and a step great granddaughter, Drew W. Stansberry of Thurmont, Md.; two sisters, Janice B. Baker of Hagerstown, Md. and Dorothy M. Dutton of St. Leonard, Md.; and nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by her loving cat, "Little Girl". She was preceded in death by a stepson, Kenneth C. Bradley. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2007 at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, Md. The Rev. Dr. Stephen D. Robison will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 17636 West Washington Street, Hagerstown, Md. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the funeral home from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
