Bernard Cooper Willis Sr., 90, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Doey's House. Born May 3, 1932, in Wilmington, NC, he was the son of the late Bernice Whitehorse. Bernard served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, and he worked in construction. Bernard is survived by three daughters, Doris Willis of Hagerstown, Kathy Willis of NC, and Mary Williamson Willis of GA; two sons, Bernard C. Willis, Jr. of Denver, CO, and John Willis of Big Pool, MD; his companion, Annie Willis; and 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements made by Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
