BELVA LOUISE HALL, 91, of Hagerstown, MD passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at her daughters home. Born August 13, 1924 in Hagerstown, MD she was the daughter of the late Roy R. and Etta B. Summers Beard. Belva was a member of Grace Bible Church of Greencastle, PA. Belva was preceded in death by her husband, John Hall. She is survived by one daughter, Laura Reamy and husband John of Hagerstown, MD; and two granddaughters, Amy Reamy and Bethany Fouche and husband, Giovanni of Hagerstown, MD. In addition to her parents, Belva was preceded in death by one sister, Geraldine Magaha and two brothers, Robert Beard and Roy Beard, Jr. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 17636 W.
