BELINDA MAE GROVE, 60, of Boonsboro, Maryland, died Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Meritus Medical Center. Born October 10, 1952 in Washington County, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Jesse J. R. and Genevieve Gess Hurd. She is also preceded in death by one brother, Lesley Hurd. Belinda was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses for thirty-eight years. She enjoyed talking to people about her God, Jehovah, even when she wasn't feeling well. She enjoyed gardening, especially planting flowers. She was fond of swimming and the beach. She loved playing with her grandchildren and riding in the truck with her husband, Braden. She especially treasured times in the house to house work with her mother and sister, Kitty, also as well as many friends too numerous to mention, over the years. When the children were young, they were with both parents many, many times in the house to house work. Belinda will live on in all of our hearts. Belinda cherished many moments in sacred services with our daughter, Beth and granddaughter, Madison. She is survived by her husband of forty-one years, Braden Grove, Jr.; two daughters, Jennifer Lynn Burdett and fianc, Stuart and Beth Louise Kifer and husband, Jeremy all of Hagerstown, Maryland; one son, Braden Grove, III and wife, Michelle of Marlowe, West Virginia; two sisters, Rose Wood and husband, Steve and Kitty Lynn and husband, Woody; two brothers, Jesse Hurd, Jr. and wife, Colleen and Wesley Hurd and wife, Barb; four grandchildren, Robert, Xander, Samantha and Madison; step grandchild, Jessie; one step great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p. m. Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 30 Nottingham Road, Hagerstown, Maryland. Elder James Rivers will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing. Flowers may be sent to the Kingdom Hall on Saturday morning, 30 Nottingham Road, Hagerstown, or memorial donations may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
