Barbara Ann Purdham, 76, of Williamsport, MD, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Meritus Medical Center.

Born January 1, 1946 in Washington County, MD, she was the daughter of the late Donald Kline and Mary Catherine (Cox) Kline.

She was a 1964 graduate of South Hagerstown High School.

She liked spending time at Ocean City and at the Potomac River at Riverbend. She enjoyed bowling on leagues at Southside Bowl.

She was a member of the Red Men Lodge, WV Amvets, and Williamsport Moose Lodge. She was also a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 54 years, Elmer Purdham; her son, Eric Purdham and wife, Jennifer; two stepchildren, Taylor Vaughn and Sierra Vaughn; brother, Donald "Bill" Kline and wife, Debora, and their children, Jessica Kline and Christopher Kline; and many other family members.

A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 17636 W. Washington St., Hagerstown, MD.  A viewing will be held at Minnich Funeral Home on Monday, Jan. 9, 2023, from 6-8pm.
