Barbara Lou Mankins, 81, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2020. She was born on August 7, 1938 to the late Elmer Koontz and Alice Grove Koontz. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, James "Chub" Mankins, her daughter, Deborah Heuer, and her grandson, Franklin Heuer. She is survived by her children, Jackaline Stoner, Mickey Mankins Sr., and James Mankins Jr., her granddaughters, Tasha Mankins and Chasity Hovis, her grandsons, Mickey Mankins II, Josh Mankins, Curtis Hovis, Bruce Heuer, and Jimmy Mankins, many great-grandchildren, especially her pal, Gia, and many more family and friends whom she loved dearly.
