Barbara Lee Curry, 77, of Hagerstown, passed away, Friday, October 1, 2021, at St. Joseph Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Born September 25, 1944, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Katherine (Dunn) Morris. Barbara loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She played women's softball and enjoyed watching her grandkid's baseball games. Barbara is survived by her husband of over 60 years, Ronald Curry, Sr.; two sons, Ronald Curry, Jr. and Dwayne Curry (Rebecca); two sisters, Jackie Morris and Cathy Monroe; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Rhonda Myers; one son, Kevin Curry; two sisters, Patsy Ritter and Delores Cook; two brothers, Ricky and Charles Morris; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11AM Friday, October 8, 2021, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Tony Blackburn will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8pm on Thursday, October 7, 2021. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Minnich Funeral Home to help with Barbara's funeral expenses.
