Austin Kaleb
Swiger
Oct 15, 1999 — Aug 29, 2024
Austin Kaleb Swiger, 24 of Hagerstown, Maryland was received in our Lord's open arms on August 29, 2024.
Austin was born October 15, 1999 and is survived by his dad, Paul Swiger, his mom Pam Line and his brother Michael Line. He has many aunts, uncles, and many cousins on both sides of his family who loved him very much.
Austin was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Blanchard and Mamie Swiger, Uncle Carl Swiger, Aunt Ellen Stevens, cousins Victoria Swiger and Aaron Henry and his maternal grandparents, Chester and Addie Cox.
Austin was a wonderful, sweet, kind, and gentle young man who was loved by everyone. He was always enthusiastic to help anyone when asked. He was a talented musician whose voice was expressive and memorable. He was self-taught on the guitar and piano and studio software. Austin was asked to sing at weddings, funerals, and family gatherings and filled everyone's heart with joy by his beautiful voice and loving disposition. Austin won several awards for his singing talent including the Washington County Library 2018 Teen Idol Contest in Hagerstown.
Austin was an entrepreneur at heart and founded Swiger Studios, helping many young artists produce their own songs. At just 17 years old, Austin was awarded the Washington County Public Schools Aspiring Entrepreneur of 2017.
Austin loved his mom and dad and his Grabber Blue Mustang GT. His first dream as a youngster was to be a landscaper, then a police officer and ended up being a successful musician. Austin will never be forgotten because of his caring soul and angelic voice. He has joined his grandparents, aunt and uncle and other family members in the very presence of God. There is no doubt in anyone's mind where he is singing now, bringing joy to the Heavens. As a family, we urge anyone suffering with issues in their lives that seem insurmountable to please reach out to us or someone you can trust. Do not be ashamed to use both prayer and treatment in healing.
