ANNA MARIE COOPER, 69, of 1048 Georgia Avenue, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at Meritus Medical Center. Born January 27, 1942 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Grant Wilson and Phebe Catherine Hollenbaugh Norris. She was a nurse's assistant at Washington County Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Herbert Cooper Sr.; three sons, David Cooper, and wife, Jana, of Hedgesville, West Virginia, and Herbert Cooper, Jr., and wife, Christie, and Thomas Cooper all of Hagerstown; one brother, Dennis Norris, and wife, Doris, of Hagerstown; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by infant son, Gary Wayne Cooper; one sister, Lorraine Rickard; and one brother, Grant Norris, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a. m. Monday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown. Pastor Rodney K. Rhodes will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 6 to 8 p. m.
