She married her classmate, Paul Donald Miller who preceded her in death in 1988. She retired from the E. Russell Hicks school lunch program. Soon after retirement, Ann and Donnie relocated to Annapolis to begin a new chapter of loving grandparents. This began the life of Pop Pop and Gran. Gran became well known for always keeping the cookie jar filled with her amazing chocolate chip cookies. Enjoyed by her grandchildren, friends and Midshipmen. Gran enjoyed holiday cooking and baking. Ann was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Hagerstown and Ashbury Methodist Church, Arnold, MD. She was also a member of the Arnold Senior Center, where she enjoyed many quilt projects and blankets for the babies in the area hospitals. She also enjoyed the many trips taken with her friends of the center. Ann is survived by one son, Craig Collins Miller (Bonnie) of Hagerstown; three daughters, Clodon Clare Nash (Bob) of Annapolis, Alicia Ann Miller (Shawn Noel) of Lewes, DE, and Patrice Miller Davis (George) of Hagerstown. Gran has five grandchildren, one step-grandson and nine great grandchildren. Ann is also survived by one sister-in-law, Janice Miller Baker of Hagerstown, several nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as a dear friend and former daughter-in-law in Texas. She will be missed by the many friends of her children and grandchildren who called her mom or Gran. Viewing will be held on Wednesday September 27, 2017 from 7-9 PM at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E.
