Ann Elizabeth Fahrenkrog, 85, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Fahrney-Keedy Home in Boonsboro, MD. Born July 20, 1935 in Brunswick, MD, she was the daughter of the late John Lee and Anna Kathleen (Webb) Mills. Ann was a member of the Virginia Avenue Baptist Church and served on the Rescue Mission Auxiliary. She enjoyed visiting nursing homes and making quilts. She is survived by two daughters, Linda Ann Crawford and Susan Ann Spaid and husband, Gary; one son, Irvin Marlowe Deener Jr. and wife, Martha; six grandchildren, Irvin Deener III, John Paul Deener, Sarah Deener, Christian Zachary Calaway, Anna Crawford, and Steven Gibney; eight great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and one sister, Sharon Stewart. In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her first husband, Irvin Marlowe Deener; her second husband, Roy Knouse; her third husband, Albert Fahrenkrog; one granddaughter, Lolly Deener; one sister, Helen Conklin; and four brothers, Charles Thomas "Tommy" Mills, Larry R. Mills, John L. Mills, Jr., and Ralph Mills. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
