ANITA LYNNE TEBBS, 48, of Hagerstown, went to be with her Lord and Maker on Sunday, July 1, 2007. She is now able to speak and walk on the streets of gold. Anita's parents, Audrey and Richard Tebbs, founded the Anita Lynne Home (now Star Community) in her honor in 1970. Anita is survived by her parents, Richard and Audrey Tebbs, a brother, Richard Tebbs, Jr. of Conway, South Carolina, and a sister, Felecia Skidmore of Martinsburg, West Virginia. Omission of flowers is requested. A going home service will be held at Victory Baptist Church on Saturday at 11:00 a. m. The Rev. Edward Wade will officiate. Come prepared to receive a blessing. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown on Friday from 7 to 9 p. m., and on Saturday at the Victory Baptist Church from 10:30 to 11:00 a. m.
