Alexander James Fowler, 33, of Smithsburg, MD, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2025.

Born September 1, 1991, in Ft. Dix, NJ, he is the son of Jon Keith and Susan Ann (Blazes) Fowler.

He was a graduate of Grace Academy and was employed at Potomac Cleaning Services.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Seth Fowler; sister, Kristen Cooper; and brother, J. Keith Fowler II.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William G. and Jeanette M. Blazes and paternal grandparents, Clare and Katherine Fowler.

The funeral service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Deacon Bill Nairn will officiate. Burial will be in Smithsburg Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, from 7pm to 9pm. Prayers will start at 7:00pm.
